here in philadelphia, it’s still warm during the day, but it’s starting to get deliciously cool at night, which means the arm warmer season is upon us here @ threddies!
we’ll be stocking our bestselling elbow-length, cozy knit arm warmers in 16 different colors (!!!) this season. some have a hint of shimmer. the new additions (arriving any minute) will be solid navy, chocolate brown and teal.

shown above with another really amazing winter find, which we’re calling the “huge, smushy, ribbed knit circle scarf.” it’s like a giant cowl that you can double-up and wear as a supercozy neck warmer, or wear it open and pull it over your head like a hood or… a snood. we think you will love them as much as we do. available in charcoal grey (shown), black, camel (color of the season), teal and eggplant. these are really nice to wear in cold office environments… keeps you cozy while keeping your chic intact. @ $24.50 each, they will not break the bank.
in that vein, we’ve also got another thing… it’s hard to explain… kind of like if a neck warmer and a cape had a baby. it buttons, it has cables, and you can smoosh it on to your neck, or yank it over your shoulders (to keep warm while wearing strapless in fall). a chic, versatile, functional piece, also @ $24.50 in beige, charcoal grey, black and cream – chocolate or mocha (we haven’t decided which – thoughts?) are on the way. dig it:

arrived but not yet available for sale are the most amazing pointelle arm warmers. you might think an open knit for a glove is stupid, but actually it’s brilliant. these are LONG, 3/4 length. at threddies HQ we’re wearing them right now, on these cool late summer nights, with a tee and tap pants around the house. and we plan to wear them into fall with short-sleeved sweater dresses, and at the office to ward off the chill while typing and mousing and copying and etc..
pointelle over-the-knee socks, too. with a cotton base. both are coming this week. we think you’ll be pleased!
